How can I register for a training?

You can register via our website by going to the desired training and clicking 'Register'. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

Can I cancel a training?

Yes, cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the training. For cancellations within 14 days of the start, 50% of the amount will be charged. See our terms & conditions for more information.

What is the difference between open enrolment and in-company?

With open enrolment you register individually and follow the training together with participants from other organisations. With an in-company training, the training is delivered specifically for your organisation, tailor-made and at a location of your choice.

How many participants can join a training?

This varies per training. In general, we work with groups of up to 10 participants to ensure sufficient personal attention.

Do I receive a certificate afterwards?

For a number of trainings you will receive an official certificate. This is mentioned on the page of the relevant training.

Where do the trainings take place?

Our open trainings take place at central locations in the Netherlands. In-company trainings can be delivered at a location of your choice, including at your office.

Is a group discount available?

Yes, when registering 4 or more participants you automatically receive a 10% group discount. This discount is automatically calculated during the registration process.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by iDEAL, credit card or by invoice. For payment by invoice we apply a payment term of 14 days.
