About this training
Note: this training is delivered in Dutch.
Within SAFe, teams don't work on their own. They are part of a bigger whole: the Agile Release Train (ART). Together they deliver value, align and work towards shared goals. In practice that isn't always easy: dependencies between teams, unclarity about roles and expectations, PI Planning that isn't optimally used, or collaboration that runs into friction. In the SAFe® for Teams training you learn what it means to work effectively as a team within SAFe. You gain insight into how you as a team contribute to the bigger picture, and what that requires in collaboration, alignment and ownership.
