As Scrum Master in a SAFe environment you don't only work with your own team. You move within a larger whole, where multiple teams work together towards shared goals. In practice that brings challenges: • Alignment between teams • Working with dependencies • PI Planning and shared goals • Different interests and dynamics In the SAFe® Scrum Master training you learn how to effectively guide teams within this context. You gain insight into how Scrum works within SAFe, and what your role is in the bigger picture. But above all: what is needed to truly make teams and collaboration work.
