Systemic View on Leadership
Leadership begins with insight into the system around you
About this training
Note: this training is delivered in Dutch.
Leadership does not begin with technique or strategy, but with insight into what is really going on. In organisations and teams a lot happens beneath the surface. Patterns, expectations, unwritten rules and dynamics that influence collaboration, decision-making and results. These forces are often invisible, yet they determine the success of leadership. In this training you learn to look at leadership systemically. You discover how to recognise patterns, understand the context in which you lead and how to achieve sustainable change from connection and insight. We make the underlying dynamics visible and translate this into concrete actions in your daily practice.
We work with
- Systemic constellations and reflection
- Real-world cases and interactive exercises
- Group conversations and dialogue
- Theory combined with direct application
- Personal leadership reflection
By the end of the programme you will have not only insights, but also a concrete personal growth plan.
