    About this training

Note: this training is delivered in Dutch.

DISC gives insight. But only when you apply it does something change in your team. In teams, people with different styles, preferences and ways of communicating work together. That is valuable, but it can also lead to misunderstandings and irritations, different expectations, tricky communication or collaboration that doesn't flow. Often the challenge isn't in the content, but in how people deal with each other. In the Team dynamics with DISC training you gain insight into behavioural styles and how they influence each other within a team. You learn to better understand yourself and others, and discover what is needed to strengthen collaboration. Not by changing people, but by using differences effectively.

    We work with

    • A personal DISC analysis for every participant
    • Insight into behavioural styles and preferences
    • Real situations from your own team
    • Exercises focused on communication and collaboration
    • Reflection on behaviour and interaction

By the end of the programme you will have not only insights, but also a concrete personal growth plan.
