    About this training

Note: this training is delivered in Dutch.

Explaining how to give feedback takes a few minutes. But whether someone dares to give feedback and is able to receive it depends mostly on what comes before. Do we feel safe enough to speak up? Do we stay connected? And do we dare to be clear when things get tense? This practical workshop focuses on psychological safety and the balance between Caring and Daring. You discover how others experience you, how you react when a conversation gets tense, and how to open a courageous conversation. No theory day, but practising with real situations from your own work. So giving and receiving feedback becomes more normal, more honest and easier for the team.

    We work with

    • Exchange in pairs about how you come across to others
    • The Window of Excellence as an exercise on the floor
    • A shared case and your own practical situations
    • Practice rounds with presenter, conversation partner and observers
    • Short individual reflection and a concrete next step

By the end of the programme you will have not only insights, but also a concrete personal growth plan.
