About this training

In organisations working with SAFe, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a key role. You ensure alignment between teams, facilitate important events and help the organisation function better as a whole. In practice that is often complex: • Many stakeholders with different interests • Dependencies between teams • PI Planning that doesn't run optimally • Or an ART that isn't really "humming" yet In this training you learn how to make a real impact as RTE. You gain insight into the role, the responsibilities and the dynamics of working at scale. But above all: what is needed to make this work in your organisation.
