In the Leading SAFe® training you learn how to provide direction as a professional or leader in an Agile organisation. You gain insight into how SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) helps organisations to collaborate better, deliver value faster and stay agile in a complex environment. But we go beyond the framework. We continuously translate to your practice. What does this mean for your role, your team and your organisation?
